Privacy Policy — YoDraw

YoDraw is a drawing application for Android tablets, published by MVPFCTRY LLC, trading as DeepFounder ("we", "us").

This policy explains, in plain terms, what YoDraw does and does not do with your information. The short version: YoDraw does not collect anything about you.

What we collect

Nothing. YoDraw has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting. We do not receive your name, e-mail address, device identifiers, usage statistics or artwork — the app has nowhere to send them.

One clarification, so the sentence above is exact: the Google Play Billing library built into the app reports its own operation to Google, the way every Google Play component does. That goes to Google under the Google Privacy Policy below, and never to us.

What stays on your device

Your artworks, including layers, brushes you create, palettes and settings, are stored in the app's private storage on your tablet. Other apps cannot read them.
Files you export are written to shared folders you can open in any gallery or file manager: images (PNG, JPEG, GIF) to Pictures/YoDraw, documents (TIFF, PSD, PDF) and palettes to Download/YoDraw, and time-lapse videos to Movies/YoDraw. They are yours to manage, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Uninstalling YoDraw removes its private storage, including your artworks. Exported files are not removed. Back up anything you want to keep.

Network use

YoDraw does its drawing entirely offline. The app requests the INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permissions because the Google Play Billing library needs them. They are used for exactly two purposes:

buying the full version of YoDraw;
restoring a purchase you already made.

No other part of the app uses the network.

Purchases

The full version is a single, non-consumable in-app purchase processed entirely by Google Play. Payment is handled by Google; we never see or store your payment details. YoDraw stores only one fact locally: whether the full version is unlocked. To confirm your purchase and to detect refunds, the app asks Google Play whether the purchase still exists on the Google account signed in to the Play Store.

Children

YoDraw is a drawing tool suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information at all, it collects none from children either.
